Botox / Frown Lines
Frown lines are the vertical creases that can appear between the eyebrows when the brow muscles contract. Their appearance at rest and during expression helps guide assessment.
We examine your natural brow movement and the depth of the lines before discussing Botox. Your treatment plan also considers nearby muscles and the risk of temporary eyelid or eyebrow changes.
Botox is a prescription injectable that temporarily reduces activity in selected muscles. Cosmetic treatment addresses expression-related lines. The areas, dose and treatment plan are chosen after an individual assessment.
Your consultation brings your goals, medical history and treatment options together.
Bruising, headache and temporary eyelid or eyebrow drooping can occur. Serious reactions are possible, including problems with breathing, speaking or swallowing; seek immediate medical help for these symptoms after treatment. Share your medications, allergies and medical history. Jaw clenching/TMJ and gummy-smile uses are off-label and need separate evaluation.

Common questions
No. Frown lines are between the eyebrows; forehead lines usually run horizontally above them. They involve different patterns of muscle activity and are assessed together when appropriate.
We review your goals and medical history, examine the area and discuss options, limitations, risks, pricing and follow-up. Requesting a consultation does not commit you to treatment.
